iPhone 4 VS iPhone 4S VS iPhone 5

Before I write this, most people would think that the iPhone 5 would win this, but it has a flaw. Some people don’t like the size.

iPhone 5 - iPhone 4S - iPhone 4

WINNER: Clearly, the iPhone 5 wins this. Its processor is almost double the speed of the 4S and 4.

The only difference between the iPhones is that the 5 has Black & Slate and White & Silver. The others just have Black and White.

Dimensions of the three most recent iPhones

The iPhone 5 is significantly thinner than the 4S and 4, which is good. But, the iPhone 5 is taller as well. Some people may not like this, but there is not that much of a difference.

The iPhone 5 is significantly lighter than its predecessors

Strangely enough, the 4S is heavier than the 4, which means it it the worst iPhone when it comes to weight. If you look at the statistics, obviously the 5 wins.

WINNER: iPhone 5

All three iPhones sport 326ppi Retina displays

Though all the iPhones have 326ppi, the 5 gains an extra half-inch of screen, which shifts the ratio to 16:9. Users of the older iPhones may take time to get used to this, but they will eventually appreciate the greater room for apps and photos.

WINNER: iPhone 5

The iPhone 5 camera is a subtle - but pointed - improvement over the shooter in the 4S

Out of the three iPhones, the 4 is clearly the worst. The rear camera is only 5 megapixels, and a result of that is that the video is only 720p. The 4S and 5 are quite similar, and the only difference is that the 5 has a 1.2 megapixel front camera instead of a VGA like the 4S.

WINNER: iPhone 5

Battery life is similar on all three models

The battery life for all the iPhones is pretty similar, and the only strange thing is that the 4S only has 9 hours of Wi-Fi internet browsing, whereas the 4 has 10. Clearly, the 5 has longer life when it comes to 3/4G internet browsing as well.

In conclusion, even though the iPhone 5s size can be annoying, it is the best iPhone. By a mile. Its processor is faster, its camera is better, and its battery lasts longer. Its display is better, it weighs less and it is a lot thinner. When it comes to conclusions, this one is going to be pretty short. The iPhone 5 is simply just so much better than the 4 and 4S. Although the 4S is better than the 4, it is nothing compared to the 5. I’m not sure what else I can say, other than the winner. But obviously, you already know what iPhone that is…
